Steve Butler has been practicing in the Cannock and Staffordshire area since qualifying as an RICS Chartered Surveyor in 1993.
He specialises in the Homebuyers Surveys Building and Structural Surveys and the valuation of residential and some commercial property for purchasers. He also provides expert witness reports for use in court particualry in repect of boudaries, small disputes wit builders and for a varaiety of valuation matters such as probate, taxation, insolvency and matrimonial purposes. He also provides RICS valuations for Help to Buy redemptions and Housing Association tenancies.

Personal service: Tailored service to suit you. I only have a limited number of clients to ensure that the level of service is maintained. Telephone calls from clients or potential clients are always welcome.
Professionalism: The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the ensure the practice compiles with exacting standards These bodies require that I keep up to date with property matters, maintain audited clients accounts, professional indemnity insurance and a formal complaints procedure.
Access: Property matters can be very worrying. You can invariably telephone me between 8.00 am and 6.00 pm seven days per week. If you have a problem or don't understand something please feel free to call.
Rapid response: I can invariably visit you same day or next day, at the office or home.
